We strongly believe you will be thrilled with the handpans and accessories you purchase from the Lombardo Handpan Store. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that our instruments are designed and built to be just what are looking for. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.

Standard Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order, return a product or terminate a service contract for any reason, within the limits of your statutory rights. To return a product purchased on www.lombardohandpan.com or withdraw from a service contract, you must notify us within 14 days from the date on which, or a person indicated by you,  receive the product or products, or from the date of stipulation of the service contract. For a purchase on the waiting list, a deposit is required. As being a guarantee of purchase and protection for both parties, the deposit is not refundable.

If you have ordered multiple products in the same order, you must notify us of your possibility of returning them within 14 days from the date on which you, or a person indicated by you, receive the last product contained in the order.
To exercise your rights, you only need to clearly communicate your request to return a product or cancel an order or service contract. You can do this by sending an email to lombardohandpan@mail.com

In the case of returns, the goods will be shipped by the customer at his own expense.

It is not possible to return the product below as it represents the exception to the right of return:

1) Handpan. All Handpans that are personalised or made to measure and are not eligible for returns under the following consumer code: (Art. 59 - Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206, point (C).
