The total height of each Lombardo Handpan is approximately 27 cm, the diameter is 55 cm and the weight is 4.2 - 4.7 kg. These values may vary slightly from instrument to instrument.

All Lombardo Handpans are handcrafted instruments and each instrument is a unique piece, therefore all aesthetic variations (colour, shades, tuning marks, etc.) are characteristics that determine the authenticity of the handmade product and should not be considered as anomalies.

​

All Lombardo Handpans have a serial number, year of creation and a signature of the manufacturer Loris Lombardo engraved on the bottom shell. If you do not wish to have any engravings on your instrument, please inform us at the time of booking.

The photographs of the products presented on www.lombardohandpan.com represent the true aspect of our instruments, however, they are representative images only.

It is the responsibility of each buyer to safeguard their instrument with the information provided by Lombardo Handpan on the site. Any defects in the instrument due to poor maintenance or inappropriate use of the instrument are not attributable to the Lombardo Handpan company.

Customisations.

​

We offer a personalised engraving service on the handpan. The designs are handmade by our professional designer using a professional manual engraver. Once the customer approves the final draft, the changes can no longer be made and the service is no longer refundable. Payment for the service is made on our site, or by bank transfer. Prices may vary based on the project.

​

Lombardo Handpan builds instruments in various scales, with extensive customisation. Any requests for personalising of an existing scale could result in an increase or reduction in the purchase price, therefore please write us on lombardohandpan@gmail.com, indicating in the subject of the e-mail “Personalised scale request”.

Prices and Payment.

​

All prices indicated on the website www.lombardohandpan.com are in Euros (€).

​

The purchase prices includes VAT (tax) and may include various accessories (such as handpan case, video course, book, oil, etc.) but do not include the cost of transportation and extra services. The final amount, including delivery, is calculated at checkout.

​

For a purchase on the waiting list, a deposit is required. As being a guarantee of purchase and protection for both parties, the deposit is not refundable. The instrument will be shipped only after payment of the total purchase amount. The delivery times of the waiting list instrument can vary between 3 to 7 months, the shipping time for instruments purchased as “Flash Sale” is usually 1 to 3 weeks.

Only the payment methods indicated on the site are allowed: cash payment, credit / debit card, PayPal, bank transfer and cashier's check.

In case of payment with PayPal, all Paypal fees are customer’s charge. The customer will receive a purchase receipt via email, or inside the shipment package.

​

In cases where the customer has purchased a product with the "free tuning" option, this tuning is only valid if the instrument is not out of tune due to external knocks, drops or wrong maintenance. The service only includes the manual tuning work, the pick-up and delivery of the instrument is excluded.

Terms of delivery.

​

All Lombardo Handpans are professional instruments of high quality, created by hand and not in a factory. For this reason, delivery times may vary.

​

Our shipping packaging is safe and resistant. To add insurance to your shipment, you need add this option at the moment of checkout.

​

The Lombardo Handpan company does not cover customs tariffs that may be applied in your country.

When the instrument is shipped, you will receive an e-mail or text message with the tracking code.

 

 If the buyer, after making the payment ( total or in partial) refuses to receive the delivery of the product in accordance with the provisions of these general conditions of sale, all risks associated with the loss will be at the sole expense of the customer. In any case, the price paid for the order will not be refunded.

In case that the package shows traces of damage (crushing, signs of humidity, holes, etc.), the buyer is obliged to report it to the courier and in this case refuse the package. Everything must be reported to us via an email to lombardohandpan@gmail.com, we will undertake all the necessary actions to resolve the matter quickly. Reports of damage of the package after the acceptance of the package by the buyer will not be taken into consideration.

Lombardo Handpan is a company that does its best to respect the deliveries within the specified timeframes, but it is not responsible for any delays occurred during transportation. Delayed delivery is not refundable in case it is caused by the work of the couriers, by causes of force majeure such as strikes, bad weather, etc., as well as delays due to errors in communicating the delivery address, communicated by the buyer at the time of purchase.

Lombardo Handpan relies on the DHL company for national and international shipping. Since the package is taken over by the courier, Lombardo Handpan is no longer responsible for any delays, damage or non-deliveries. To be protected during the delivery, it is necessary to insure your shipment by selecting this option at checkout.
